When you’ve resided in a home for a long time, it’s easy to stop seeing the wood for the trees, or the clutter under your nose, unfinished DIY jobs, chipped painted work or personal affects which could put off potential buyers visualising themselves in the home.

This service includes advising the removal of personal effects to declutter the property, advising on storage of items, the disposal or sale of unwanted items. Our De-clutter sessions also include advice on maintaining tidy spaces and preparing the property for viewings. Once finished, you are left prepared and motivated with a viewing’s preparation checklist, so nothing gets missed.

Once decluttered, pre-photography styling is an additional home staging services for lived in property. Using items already in the home or new items where necessary, to give a fresh look and feel, the stylist will dress your home for sale, adding small touches, that make a big difference. Ensuring your home is marketed in the best possible light and full potential maximised.
